Our candles are crafted from a generous 9 oz. spout and provide a sweet decadent scent for up to 50 hours.

Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical shipping time is 48 hours on in-stock merchandise. In the rare event we are out of stock on the item you have selected, you will be notified via email. Your card will not be charged if we are out of stock. Riacandles.com utilizes a number of encryption and security devices to make your shopping experience a safe and happy one. All of your personally identifiable data is private and is never shared with or bought by any outside organization. We advise all of our users to protect their credit card number by never sending that number (or your  Riacandles.com password) via email. 

Orders shipping to addresses in Texas are subject to Texas state sales tax.

All discount codes, promotions, and sales are subject to the final approval of RIA Candles. Discounts will be taken at the time the order is placed. Any and all promotions, sales & discounts are subject to change anytime and are under the sole discretion of RIA Candles at the time the order is processed.

Absolutely! If you’ve changed your mind, we can try to help! Simply email us at info@riacandles.com as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll get that canceled for you! 

We accept either PayPal or Bank Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)! We currently cannot accept multiple forms of payment except when you choose to redeem a product voucher and/or E-Gift Card.

We currently ship only within the US at this time. 

Customers are currently limited to one mailing address per order. If you need to ship to multiple individuals, please make sure to submit separate orders! 

 Domestic orders are shipped through USPS, Current processing time is 5-10 business days, USPS generally takes  2-3 business days to arrive after it ships, but transit times may increase due to seasonal shipping delays.
Please note that during periods of high volume (New Collection launches, time-sensitive holidays, etc.), customers may see a delay in both processing and transit times.
